This policy covers Escalade Construction, Inc., doing business as Escalade Roofing ("we", "us"), and our websites. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- What you type into our forms: your name, mobile number, address, what is going on with your roof, and whether you checked the optional text message consent box.
- Calls and messages: what you tell us by phone, text or email.
- How you use our websites: pages viewed, the ad you came from, and browser and device information, collected by cookies and similar technologies unless you decline them (see "Cookies and your choices").
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, schedule and carry out your inspection, write your quote, do and support the work, keep records, and measure which of our ads bring in requests.
Text Messaging (SMS)
Escalade Roofing (Escalade Construction Inc) sends text messages about roof inspections, appointments, estimates, projects, reviews, and our roofing and solar services to people who opt in. You opt in only in writing, by checking the optional, unchecked text message consent box on one of our online forms. We do not take text message consent verbally or on paper. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We also send a single text after a missed call, but only to people who have already given us written consent to text. Calls to our main line may be answered by an automated assistant, and calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately; we tell you at the start of the call.

Advertising, pixels, and measurement
Our websites use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies from advertising partners, including Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Third-party vendors, including Google and Meta, use cookies and device identifiers to show our ads on sites and apps across the internet based on your prior visits to our websites, and to measure how our ads perform. These partners may collect or receive information such as pages viewed, forms submitted, and browser and device identifiers, and they use it under their own privacy policies.
We also share limited information with these partners so they can perform ad measurement services on our behalf. When you request an inspection, we may send your name and ZIP code in a coded (hashed) form, along with the ad click identifier from your visit, so they can tell us which ads led to requests. We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google in My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com), from Meta in your Facebook ad preferences, and from many advertising companies at aboutads.info/choices. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. This website honors Global Privacy Control signals.
Cookies and your choices

They are on when you first visit, and a notice tells you so and lets you decline. If you decline, we turn off advertising and analytics storage right away and stop loading the advertising tags on the pages you visit after that.
